Job Summary

Talent Focus is seeking an experienced Receptionist/Administration Officer for a permanent role with our client located at their office. As the first point of contact with clients and suppliers, we require a reliable and professional individual to provide quality assistance to the client's team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answering calls and forwarding to relevant departments
  • Managing multiple inboxes and responding to emails
  • Ordering office and amenities supplies
  • Assisting HR with staff events and meetings
  • Data entry and record-keeping
  • Supporting the accounts team with administrative tasks
  • Filing and scanning documents
  • General housekeeping and maintenance of the office

Requirements

  • A minimum of 2 years' reception experience in a professional environment
  • Excellent telephone manner and strong verbal communication skills
  • Prompt and accurate data entry with intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills
  • Able to work autonomously and as part of a busy team
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • A strong work ethic and attention to detail
  • Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks
