The Trading Production Engineering Team Lead position at our organization plays a pivotal role in ensuring the reliability, performance, and scalability of our real-time trading systems.

As a hands-on leader, you will be responsible for driving strategy and execution across our global trading production environment, ensuring system uptime, scalability, and performance during peak market activity.

This involves leading and developing a world-class team of engineers, designing and managing global support coverage, establishing operational standards, and owning the incident lifecycle from response to remediation.

You will also contribute technically to platforms, tools, and processes that enhance operational leverage, observability, and fault tolerance.

The ideal candidate is a pragmatic, calm, and strategic engineering leader who thrives in high-performance environments. You should have proven success leading technical operations teams in real-time or low-latency environments.

Job Responsibilities
