Drive Membership Growth and Community Engagement

The Business Development Representative plays a pivotal role in driving membership sign-ups and warehouse sales. This entry-level position focuses on enhancing the organization's presence within local communities.
Responsibilities and Key Tasks:
- Engage with current and prospective members to foster relationships and encourage membership renewals.
- Attend and participate in local community events to promote memberships and build connections with potential clients.
- Identify opportunities to promote membership eligibility among large businesses, scheduling on-site sign-up events as needed.
- Monitor and track daily activities, including sales increases, sign-ups, appointments, calls, and incentive programs.
- Promote positive community relations through active engagement in local events.
- Develop and implement effective membership incentive programs.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Assist with front-end duties as required.
- Support other departments within the warehouse as necessary.
This is an hourly paid, non-commissioned entry-level position that offers valuable experience and skills development opportunities.
