**Job Title:** Director of Engagement and Membership
Director of Engagement and MembershipThe role of Director of Engagement and Membership involves leading the development and execution of a comprehensive engagement strategy that drives membership growth, retention, and diversification.
This includes enhancing value propositions, implementing member services aligned with strategic objectives, and fostering partnerships with external stakeholders to achieve business development goals.
Main responsibilities include managing a national team, overseeing member recruitment and retention initiatives, and ensuring a unified and impactful engagement approach across regions.
To succeed in this role, you will require experience in strategic leadership within philanthropic, membership, or not-for-profit organisations, along with a strong background in marketing, communications, and business development.
Key skills include strong interpersonal abilities, high emotional intelligence, financial acumen, and the capacity to work collaboratively, inspire a shared purpose, and lead transformation.
Required qualifications include a proven track record in membership management, customer relationship management (CRM) utilisation, reporting to executive leadership, and budgeting.
