About The Opportunity
  • You will work collaboratively with stakeholders to develop and implement our vision, mission and strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage participants, their families and friends in the program where appropriate, developing professional relationships.
  • Conduct regular support visits to connect with individuals and monitor progress around key areas.
  • Assist participants in identifying areas of need using assessment tools.
  • Encourage linkages into various activities to support goal achievement, including other services.
  • Develop tailored recovery plans with each participant, incorporating specific goals focused on skill and knowledge development.
  • Provide direct support to participants to attain skills required for social inclusion.
  • Support participants in securing suitable accommodation.
  • Utilise lived experience if in a dedicated peer role, according to the principles of Intentional Peer Support.
