About the Role

As a senior leader in national product supply operations, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring timely and equitable access to essential products and services across Australia.

Key responsibilities include leading national strategy and operations, managing relationships with government agencies and suppliers, overseeing budgets and performance metrics, driving innovation and continuous improvement across the supply chain, and building a high-performing team.

Key Skills and Qualifications
  • At least 3 years of experience in senior operations, health services, or supply chain leadership roles.
  • Proven track record of managing large government contracts and national initiatives.
  • Strong leadership, stakeholder engagement, and communication skills.
  • Financial acumen and ability to navigate complexity.
  • A collaborative mindset and commitment to continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement national strategy for NDSS product supply.
  • Build and maintain relationships with government agencies, suppliers, and distributors.
  • Oversee budgets, risks, and performance metrics.
  • Drive innovation and continuous improvement across the supply chain.
