Job Overview

The Food Court Supervisor plays a pivotal role in the daily operations of the department, ensuring a high level of productivity and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develops and implements strategies to promote teamwork and accountability among Food Court personnel.
  • Monitors employee performance, provides constructive feedback, and participates in performance reviews as needed.
  • Ensures seamless customer flow and maintains the quality of finished products.
  • Coordinates cash register fund increases, change orders, register voids, overrides system flags, and resolves register issues.
Additional Duties
  • Participates in inventory management, food preparation, sales, and cleaning tasks.
  • Follows Standard Sanitation Operating Procedures (SSOP) guidelines for equipment cleaning and sanitation.
  • Drafts purchase orders for essential supplies, equipment, and product.
  • Monitors equipment maintenance and schedules repairs when necessary.
  • Compiles reports and covers for the Food Court Manager when required.
Requirements
  • Strong customer service, communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Effective problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
  • Basic math skills and proficiency in Google Suite and AS400.
  • Supervisory, leadership, or comparable experience in the food industry.
