Operations and Logistics Role

This is a dynamic position within a high-quality products delivery company. The job offers a mix of customer support, warehouse assistance, and driving duties.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service and administrative support
  • Liaise with customers, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure seamless daily operations
  • Pick and prepare stock orders accurately and efficiently
  • Support general warehouse operations to maintain a safe, clean, and organized environment
  • Serve as a backup driver for short local trips and regional runs when required
  • Maintain accurate delivery records and support logistics planning

Requirements:

  • A current driver's license with the ability and commitment to obtain an HR Truck License
  • A willingness to obtain a Forklift License (training provided if not already certified)
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
  • A flexible and hands-on attitude with the ability to adapt to different tasks as required
