Nurturing Children's Services Professional

We are seeking a Casual Educator to join our team at St Mary's Outside School Hours Care based at Beaudesert. As a key member of our team, you will provide nurturing care and support for children, creating a safe, secure, and welcoming environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality childcare in line with the National Quality Framework.
- Develop and implement engaging programs that promote learning and development.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve the best outcomes for children.
- Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and quality service delivery.
Requirements:
- Certificate III or Diploma in Children Services (or working towards) or equivalent as per ACECQA guidelines.
- Current Queensland Blue Card (Working with Children Check).
- Knowledge and understanding of the National Quality Framework, My Time Our Place, and Early Years Learning framework.
