Work with Children as a Nurturing Professional

We are seeking an experienced and caring individual to join our team of early childhood professionals.

A day in the life of a child nurturer includes:

  • Delighting in caring, nurturing, and growing children's minds through interactive play-based activities
  • Supporting Room Leaders to meet quality principles of curriculum and documentation by providing guidance on best practices
  • Setting up, facilitating, and cleaning down after activities designed to stimulate learning and development
  • Collaborating and reflecting with the team on strategies for promoting personal growth and well-being
  • Providing professional and mature approaches when interacting with children and colleagues

As a key member of our team, you will have opportunities for personal and professional growth through ongoing training and support.

Qualifications and Requirements

Hold or working towards an ACECQA-approved Cert III or Diploma qualification

Current Working with Children's Check

Current Anaphylaxis, Asthma, CPR, and First Aid Certificates or willingness to obtain one

Current Child Protection Training or willingness to obtain one
