About the Opportunity
Wilson Security Pty Ltd is seeking skilled and motivated individuals to fill various roles as Tactical Centre Guards in our Katherine team. This exciting opportunity offers a chance to be part of a dynamic and growing organization that prioritizes customer service, innovation, and community engagement.
About the Role
- Location: Katherine, Northern Territory
- Tactical Centre Guards required for full-time, part-time, and casual opportunities
- 6 weeks' accommodation available for eligible candidates
- Deployment opportunities with remote assistance allowance provided
- Potential DIDO (Day-In-Day-Out) opportunities
- Weekday and weekend shifts available
- Multiple sites with significant overtime opportunities
- Potential earnings up to $100,000 per annum (inclusive of generous overtime earnings)
- Level 5 with Allowance
Key Responsibilities
- Providing exceptional customer service solutions to visitors, contractors, and clients
- Monitoring CCTV and Access Control Systems proactively
- Conducting building patrols to identify and mitigate security and safety risks
- Reporting hazards and building faults for rectification
- Responding to emergency situations
- Managing contractors and performing ad-hoc duties
Requirements and Qualifications
- Strong customer service skills and a proactive problem-solving mindset
- Able to work well in a team or autonomously
- Australian citizen or hold unlimited work rights
- Demonstrated ability to prepare and write reports
- Demonstrated ability in using computers and security-related systems (Access Control, CCTV, Microsoft Programs)
- Valid NT Security License
- Valid Northern Territory Driver's Licence
- Crowd Control endorsement highly desirable
- Current First Aid & CPR Certificate
