Job OverviewWe are seeking a skilled Clinical Educator to join our team and play a pivotal role in developing and empowering clinical staff. As a Clinical Educator, you will assist clinicians to meet best practice standards aligned with CARPA and NT guidelines.
Key Responsibilities- Facilitate professional development, in-service training, and mentoring programs.
- Collaborate with senior leaders to ensure training aligns with organisational goals.
- Plan and deliver educational activities to build practitioner competence in Aboriginal Primary Health Care.
- Coordinate skills audits, training schedules, and mentoring support for trainees and staff new to remote practice.
- A Registered Nurse (AHPRA) with 5+ years in Aboriginal Primary Health Care and Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116) or equivalent.
- Knowledge of Aboriginal Primary Health Care training frameworks, remote health care, and multidisciplinary team settings.
- Strong communication, cultural sensitivity, and change management expertise.
- A manual driver's license, First Aid Certificate, OCHRE clearance, vaccinations, and ability to work in Australia.

$95,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience.
