We are seeking a highly skilled Application Developer to join our team in the State of Washington.   • Data Management and Reporting: Utilize database tools like SQL Server and Azure Synapse to build and manage data integrations, ETL processes, and data visualizations.
  • Systems Implementation: Plan and manage the implementation of system changes, coordinating resources, managing timelines, and communicating effectively with stakeholders.
  • Problem Resolution: Solve complex IT issues, analyze business needs, and provide innovative solutions while ensuring compliance with security and configuration management standards.
  • Testing and Quality Assurance: Conduct comprehensive testing to ensure systems are stable, secure, and ready for deployment.
  • Documentation: Develop clear and user-friendly documentation for systems, processes, and solutions.
Requirements
  • Experience: At least 3 years of professional experience in software development, including experience with secure, enterprise-level web applications, integration technologies, and programming technologies.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
  • Skills: Proficiency with Microsoft technologies, cloud platforms, and relational databases; strong understanding of IT security standards and experience managing secure applications; ability to analyze complex business problems and develop innovative technical solutions.
Preferred Qualifications
  • DevOps and CI/CD Tools: Experience with Azure DevOps and GitHub.
  • Containerized Applications: Experience developing containerized applications using Azure Container Apps, Docker, and Kubernetes.
  • Custom Components and Web Applications: Experience creating custom components and web-based applications with Dynamics 365 Power Platform.
  • Reporting Software: Experience with reporting software such as Microsoft SQL Reporting Services, Tableau, and Power BI.
