Guiding customers through their home loan journey is at the heart of everything we do. We're looking for a Customer-Focused Professional to help our customers achieve their dream of homeownership, whether it's buying their first or second home, investing in property, refinancing, building, or renovating.

This role exists to make a tangible difference in our customers' lives by providing expert guidance and support throughout the lending process. You will be committed to ensuring that their financial wellbeing is protected and that they are ready financially for today, tomorrow, and beyond.

As a confident communicator, you will work closely with customers to understand their unique needs and preferences, using your knowledge of our products and services to deliver tailored solutions.

  • A proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences and establishing long-lasting relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Extensive experience in lending and current knowledge of home lending products
  • An ability to identify opportunities to enhance the customer journey and anticipate their needs
  • Knowledge of responsible lending legislation and AML requirements
