Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Member Support Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our sales and support team, you will be responsible for driving membership growth and retention through proactive outreach and exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contribute to club sales budget by utilizing sales promotions and referrals campaigns
  • Generate and convert high-quality sales leads through community outreach, referrals, and identifying new business opportunities
  • Achieve the required number of lead contacts via telephone to maximize sales opportunities
  • Provide sales presentations and tours to prospective members
  • Create personalized member journeys through positive and engaging interactions
  • Achieve successful outcomes to member inquiries
  • Open and close the club as per the club roster
  • Participate in member retention programs to inspire members to continue their fitness journey
  • Regularly engage with new and existing members to keep them engaged and motivated
Requirements
  • Current First Aid & CPR certificate
  • Problem-solving mindset with a focus on meeting member needs
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to inspire and motivate members
  • Drive and goal-focused with a continuous desire to excel
  • Team player with the ability to work collaboratively and celebrate success
  • Customer-focused with a passion for building rapport and helping members achieve their goals
What We Offer
  • A competitive OTE of $60,000-$65,000 made up of base salary and commission, plus super
