Trade Supervisor Role

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Trade Supervisor to join our team at Francis Greenway Correctional Centre. Your role will involve supervising and developing inmates through managing, coaching, instructing, and encouraging them to improve their work skills and enhance their post-release employment prospects.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and develop inmates in a correctional setting
  • Manage, coach, instruct, and encourage inmates to achieve productivity efficiency and commercial objectives
  • Maintain workplace health and safety, quality management, and customer service standards

Requirements:

  • Current Certificate III in Correctional Practice or the capacity to complete it within specified timeframes
  • Current NSW Driver Licence and willingness to drive a vehicle
  • Relevant trade or tertiary qualifications (minimum Certificate III level in Building/Construction/Metal or Construction-based trades)
