Clean and Maintain

As a cleaning assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring that all areas of our facility are clean and well-maintained at all times.

This involves vacuuming, mopping, and polishing floors, as well as dusting, polishing, and general tidying. You will also be responsible for cleaning bathroom facilities and ensuring the cleanliness of bedside cupboards, tables, and other equipment or furniture located in residents' rooms.

In addition to maintaining a high standard of cleanliness, you will also be responsible for replenishing and restocking cleaning trolleys as required. This is an opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our residents and their families.

Our goal is to provide a safe, efficient, and hygienic care service through maintaining a clean environment and adhering to infection control practices.

  • Job Requirements:
  • Ideal background in cleaning or housekeeping within aged care or hospitality
  • Ability to work in a team and maintain a positive outlook
  • Availability to work various shifts across different days
  • Valid working rights in Australia
  • Valid Police Check
  • Flu vaccinations
  • Evidence of Covid-19 vaccination
