We are seeking a skilled Facility Maintenance worker to join our team in Lee's Summit, MO. The ideal candidate will have experience in general maintenance and repair work, as well as a strong work ethic and attention to detail.

Come Join the Temp-Stop Team We pride ourselves in keeping our facilities in top condition. Constant 40 to 45 hours per week with all hours over 40 being paid overtime over 40. Paid vacation. Company vehicle (take home).

Responsibilities:
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks such as painting, plumbing, electrical work,
  • Inspect and maintain building systems including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical
  • Respond to maintenance requests from our convenience stores and address issues in a timely manner
  • Maintenance all commercial kitchen equipment, beverage equipment and fuel dispensing equipment
  • Maintain a professional working relationship with the store team members and the customer
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in general maintenance and repair work
  • Strong knowledge of building systems including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lift and carry heavy objects
  • Valid driver's license
  • Mechanical aptitude including basic knowledge of electronic equipment, electrical schematics, carpentry/tile repair, plumbing and painting
