
Client Contact Support Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional to assist members of the veteran community via various communication channels.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing information on benefits and services, making referrals as needed, and processing client needs through system entry activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Delivering exceptional customer service and provision of information on DVA's range of benefits and services.
- Guiding clients to relevant information resources, including online services and registration.
- Referring complex enquiries to specialist sections in line with established procedures and protocols.
- Recording client interactions and forwarding written correspondence where required.
- Providing administrative support and assisting in the preparation of resource materials as necessary.
Requirements:
- Candidates must be Australian citizens to apply.
