The role of Client Service Officer plays a pivotal part in supporting Client Relationship Managers by providing high-quality administrative and client-focused assistance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Support Specialists collaborate with CRMs on administrative tasks such as tribunal submissions, property management, and bill payments.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, ensuring seamless workflow and efficient inbox management.
- Exceptional service is delivered to clients with complex needs, responding promptly to enquiries via phone and email.
- Acting as a key contact in the absence of the CRM, liaising directly with clients as necessary.
- Ensure compliance with relevant policies, Trust Deeds, and tribunal regulations.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to foster strong relationships and optimize client outcomes.
- Contribute to a high-performing team environment by providing support to colleagues and working collaboratively.
Requirements:
- Experience working in the trustee, financial, or legal sector.
- Able to work effectively with complex client needs.
- Strong ability to build and maintain positive relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a respectful and empathetic approach to client interactions.
- Highly organized with strong administrative skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to adapt to new systems quickly.
- A collaborative team player with initiative, resilience, and a commitment to delivering outstanding client service.
