**Job Description**:

Operational Excellence: Key focus on stockroom operations ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in areas such as inventory management, product discrepancy investigation, transfers, receiving, returns and defective processes, stock-take, EQL raffle processes and follow up, store replenishment, clean/safe/organised BOH and Offsite areas.
Team Development: Coordinate member hiring and induction processes, coach and develop a diverse team of talented individuals, promoting a positive and inclusive work environment.
Leadership: Lead and inspire teams to achieve excellence, fostering a culture of collaboration, creativity and continuous improvement.
Customer Focus: Prioritise customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional products and services, aligning with quality and innovation.
Brand Alignment: We're looking for individuals who share our passion and enthusiasm for Nike and align to our values.
Ability to Provide the Ultimate Customer Experience: Demonstrated skills in creating positive and memorable customer interactions.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

  • Senior sales roles/keyholder/3IC positions experience.
  • Experience in stock transfer, stocktaking and inventory management is a plus.
