Job Title: Stockroom Operations Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Stockroom Operations Specialist. As a key member of our stockroom team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our stockroom operations run smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain a well-organized and efficient stockroom environment
  • Receive, inspect, and process incoming merchandise
  • Manage inventory levels and perform regular stock checks
  • Coordinate with sales floor teams to ensure timely restocking and replenishment
  • Identify and resolve any discrepancies or issues related to inventory management
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in a retail stockroom environment
  • Proven track record of achieving inventory accuracy and shrink targets
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Comfortable with physical demands of lifting, moving, and climbing
