As a dynamic and fast-paced retailer, we're seeking a highly skilled Stockroom Operations Specialist who will play a pivotal role in maintaining the efficiency and accuracy of our store's stockroom operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage inventory levels and ensure timely replenishments to meet customer demands
  • Oversee stockroom organization and maintain a safe and compliant work environment
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive operational excellence and achieve inventory targets
  • Identify and resolve discrepancies quickly, ensuring seamless sales floor operations

Driving Operational Excellence:

  • Monitor and report on inventory accuracy and shrinkage metrics
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance stockroom efficiency
  • Participate in stock takes and audits to ensure accurate inventory counts
  • Maintain high standards for stockroom presentation and adhere to company policies

Leading and Supporting the Team:

  • Train and mentor new team members on stockroom best practices and procedures
  • Model a can-do attitude, consistency, and precision in all aspects of the role
  • Partner with leadership to drive performance and achieve business objectives

Key qualifications include 1–2 years of retail stockroom experience (apparel/footwear preferred), proven ability to drive inventory targets, strong organizational and communication skills, comfort with physical demands, and excellent problem-solving abilities.
