  • Ensure safety protocols, regulatory requirements, and operational discipline are consistently met.
  • Maintain a visually appealing and organized stockroom presentation aligned with company standards.
  • Communicate merchandise opportunities to store leadership, driving business growth and development.
Lead and Support the Team:
  • Train and mentor new team members on stockroom best practices and procedures.
  • Model consistency, precision, and a positive attitude, setting an example for the team.
