Your Role

You will complete client registration activations while ensuring regulatory compliance at all times. Your duties include following up with clients to meet individual and group conversion targets, as well as providing exceptional customer service to facilitate international payments.

  • Promote customer conversions by highlighting the benefits of our service compared to competitors.
  • Precisely price and book foreign exchange transactions, applying negotiation skills when necessary.
  • Make relevant foreign exchange product recommendations to customers based on their needs.
