The successful candidate will be the primary point of contact for clients, effectively managing high call and email volumes, and delivering outcomes within tight deadlines.

  • Manage client interactions, adhering to AML/CTF regulations and following up with clients as required.

  • Communicate effectively with internal departments, such as Compliance, when necessary.

  • Contact clients in a timely manner to confirm their transfers, ensuring transparency and trust.

  • Respond to client queries across all facets of the payment process, including tracking funds and coordinating responses with Operations and Settlements.
