The Opportunity (12 month fixed term role)
We are seeking a purpose driven leader to champion student wellbeing, guide behaviour support, foster meaningful family engagement, and empower staff in pastoral care practices.
This role nurtures the emotional, social, and spiritual wellbeing of young learners, cultivating a culture of connection, inclusion and spiritual growth.
The position requires strong leadership across staff teams, active engagement with families, and strategic oversight of pastoral programs.
