Accounts Receivable Manager

About the Role:
The primary responsibility of this position is to manage and maintain the accounts receivable function, ensuring timely and accurate processing of incoming payments.
- Oversee the accounts receivable ledger and ensure its accuracy
- Communicate effectively with customers through phone and email to resolve payment discrepancies
- Investigate and reconcile account differences
- Allocate payments accurately and efficiently
- Liaise with internal departments to resolve billing issues
- Prepare and analyze regular aging reports and account summaries
- Support month-end close procedures and contribute to financial reporting
- Identify opportunities to streamline AR processes and implement improvements
- Perform various administrative tasks as needed
About You:
To excel in this role, you should possess:
- Proven experience in accounts receivable or a similar finance role
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A high level of accuracy and efficiency
- Proficiency in accounting systems and Excel
- A proactive and dependable approach
