Job Role Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled individual to fill the position of Settlements Officer. The selected candidate will be responsible for efficiently processing new personal loan applications, conducting necessary outbound calls to clients, and producing accurate loan documentation.

The Key Responsibilities:
  • Efficiently process new personal loan applications within specified timeframes.
  • Make essential outbound calls to clients to inform them of the necessary steps to settle their loan.
  • Produce high-quality loan documentation for customers, ensuring all details are correct and complete.
  • Report any issues with documentation or systems to ensure a smooth process.
  • Register and remove security interests using the PPSR system.
About You:
  • You will possess excellent customer service skills and a commitment to delivering exceptional experiences.
  • You should have a minimum of 12 months of experience in settlements.
  • You must be able to manage your workload effectively and prioritize tasks accordingly.
  • You should have a proven track record of success in unsecured or secured personal loan settlements.
  • You will thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy adapting to changing circumstances.
