**Settlements Professional Wanted**

We are seeking a highly skilled Settlements Professional to join our team. As a key member, you will be responsible for the settlement of Commercial Finance contracts within your delegated level of authority.

This role requires strong communication skills and a customer service focus. You will work closely with brokers and BDM's to obtain required information, check contract execution by borrower, and prepare payment runs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Documentation Preparation: Prepare settlements documentation in accordance with company standards.
  • Liaison and Communication: Liaise with brokers and BDM's to obtain required information and ensure timely resolution of issues.
  • Contract Execution: Check contract execution by borrower and ensure Metro's PPSR has been lodged over asset.
  • Payment Run Preparation: Prepare payment run for checking and verify relevant documents have been saved against loan.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement ideas to enhance efficiency and productivity.

To succeed in this role, you must possess a passion for customer interactions and be able to build and nurture professional relationships. Strong time management and customer service skills are essential.

The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years prior experience in a settlements role from vehicle/equipment finance or mortgage background, with clear and concise communication skills and ability to think quickly about different scenarios.
