- Manage SH&E responsibilities in line with our SH&E policy, including pre-shift inspections of vehicles.
- Utilize exceptional customer service skills to manage difficult customer situations and provide a positive experience for our customers.
- Work independently and as part of a team to achieve delivery schedules and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders to ensure a positive and inclusive work environment.
Requirements:
- Exceptional customer service skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to manage difficult customer situations and provide a positive experience for our customers.
- Well-developed verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Current Full Driver's Licence and ability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, and evenings.
- Ability to work in a team environment and contribute to a positive and inclusive work culture.
