About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Team Lead to join our Environmental team in Darwin. As a Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of environmental professionals in delivering projects that meet the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Proven experience in leading environmental projects, with a strong track record of delivering high-quality results.
  • Excellent technical skills, with a strong understanding of environmental principles and practices.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions.
