  • Conduct literature reviews and evidence scans to inform Children’s Ground systems and service reform frameworks.
  • Develop internal registers of strategic research priorities.
  • Collaborate with R&E teams to document local perspectives on data sovereignty.
  • Lead projects benchmarking research and evaluation practices against national and international standards.
  • Document views and perspectives of local First Nations staff.
  • Explore creative ways to visualise key research principles and approaches.
  • Contribute to identifying research grant opportunities.
  • Support development of R&E resources for First Nations leaders and communities.
Requirements:The ideal candidate will be a First Nations person with relevant degree/qualification in research &/or evaluation, experience in report writing, literature reviews, and evidence scans, strong MS Office skills, and an understanding of data sovereignty and monitoring, evaluation, and research approaches.About the Role:This role is an intersection between research, evaluation, and policy leadership. The successful candidate will work as part of Children’s Ground Research & Evaluation (R&E) team with staff based in Central Australia and Darwin.
