Culinary Excellence in Fine Dining Restaurant

Are you a skilled and passionate chef looking for a new challenge? We have an exciting opportunity for a Chef de Partie to join our team at a fine dining restaurant in Sydney.

This role is ideal for someone with experience in leading kitchen teams and driving culinary excellence. As a Chef de Partie, you will be responsible for preparing and delivering high-quality dishes to our discerning customers. You will work closely with our Sous Chefs and Head Chef to ensure that every dish meets our high standards of quality and presentation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook dishes to exacting standards
  • Lead a team of junior chefs and provide guidance and support
  • Work closely with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth service
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest culinary trends and techniques

Requirements:

  • 3+ years experience as a Chef de Partie in a fine dining restaurant
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Knowledge of classical and modern cooking techniques
  • Diploma or certificate in commercial cookery (or equivalent)
