Job Overview

As a Chef De Partie, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality dishes in line with our fine dining standards.

The Role

You will work alongside our talented team to manage your section, contribute to menu development, and ensure adherence to HACCP and cleanliness standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare, cook, and serve a range of dishes in line with our standards.
  • Collaborate and contribute new dishes/ideas to the menu with the Executive Chef/team.
  • Manage daily section setup and ensure smooth kitchen operations.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards (HACCAP).
  • Lead by example and work independently when required.
  • Monitor food quality during preparation.
Essential Requirements
  • Minimum 3-4 years' experience in a similar fine dining or hotel-style restaurant.
  • Certificate III in Commercial Cookery (preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of food safety practices and current food trends.
  • Excellent communication skills, energetic, with a professional attitude.
  • Ability to remain organized and composed in high pressured situations.
  • Full, unlimited working rights in Australia.
