This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Talent Manager, where you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing our talent program.
You will be responsible for identifying, evaluating, and recommending relevant talent (influencers, creators, ambassadors, models, celebrities) aligned with the brand's vision and campaign goals.
Working closely with marketing, sponsorship, and event teams, you will develop seasonal and campaign-specific talent plans, negotiate with talent and agencies to secure optimal rates, deliverables, and terms, and draft, review, and execute talent contracts in collaboration with legal counsel and procurement.
As the primary point of contact for all talent throughout the campaign lifecycle, you will brief talent on campaign objectives, creative guidelines, and brand expectations, coordinate logistics for content creation, including scheduling, briefs, travel, wardrobe, and shoots, and build and nurture long-term relationships with key talent, agencies, and management teams.
- 10+ years of experience in talent management, influencer marketing, PR, or partnerships, preferably within fashion, beauty, or lifestyle sectors.
- Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proven experience and success in managing talent campaigns from end to end.
- Fashion-forward influencers, creators, or celebrity talent.
- Experience using talent management and marketing tools/platforms.
- Familiarity with legal and compliance aspects of talent management.
