Key Role in Talent Acquisition:

The selected candidate will play a pivotal role in the hiring lifecycle, supporting the Talent Acquisition (TA) team and ensuring smooth execution of recruitment processes and candidate engagement.

With a focus on driving business success through strategic talent management, this position requires an individual with a minimum of two years related work experience, ideally within a Human Resources or Recruitment team. Previous experience with Workday would be advantageous.

Responsibilities include:

  • Posting Open Roles: Supporting the posting of open roles on Workday and external job boards as requested.
  • Phone Screening and Interview Scheduling: Performing initial phone screening and scheduling of interviews.
  • Diversity Recruiting Efforts: Assisting with the development and support of diversity recruiting efforts.
  • Candidate Onboarding: Managing candidate onboarding process including contract execution, background screenings, and creating workday employee profiles.
  • Special Projects: Participating in special projects and performing other duties as assigned.
