Job Opportunity

The role of the Senior Commercial Officer is pivotal in supporting the commercial team within our Aerospace business.

As a senior team member, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional commercial outcomes for customers and the business.

You will collaborate closely with project managers and other stakeholders to provide expert commercial advice and support contract activities from inception to completion.

This involves negotiating contract amendments, managing customer correspondence, and drafting moderately complex contracts and agreements.

In addition, you will foster relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and partners.

The ideal candidate will possess relevant experience in a similar role, excellent written and oral communication skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

They will also exhibit a curious mind-set, be adaptable, and demonstrate a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Furthermore, they will have intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Suite and familiarity with tools like SharePoint and Oracle is desirable.

Finally, the successful candidate must be able to obtain and maintain Defence Security Clearance and meet the requirements of the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR).
