We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Consultant to join our People and Culture team on a temporary full-time basis.
The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating human resources activities, leading the planning and coordination of events and initiatives, and analysing human resources data to generate reports.
Key Responsibilities- Contribute to the success of transformation and cultural change by promoting and modelling our established values.
- Maintain a working knowledge of current human resource legislation, regulations, policies, procedures and practices to ensure accurate and timely advice and support.
- Coordinate human resources related activities and processes, including flexible work arrangements, non permanent employment reviews, increments and other payroll driven activities.
- Provide training, support and informal mentoring/coaching to Region employees.
- Support the region with human resources related data, providing regular, accurate and meaningful reports.
- Apply project management strategies to lead and/or coordinate human resources related projects, events and/or initiatives.
- Actively participate in operational networks and working parties throughout the organisation.
- Provide administrative services to support the Human Resources team.
- Contribute to continuous improvement by seeking opportunities to impart knowledge to team members and through active participation in business process development.
