Human Resource Development Specialist

Key responsibilities include researching and analysing HR management issues, providing advisory services, building capability within the Human Resources team, and presenting reports on complex people management issues.
RequirementsThe ideal candidate will have experience in human resource generalist roles, particularly at senior advisory levels, as well as flexibility, personal drive, integrity, and initiative in a dynamic organisation.
- Demonstrated ability to interpret industrial legislation, employment frameworks, policies, and directives influencing human resource management.
- Highly developed written and verbal communication skills, including negotiation, influencing, and listening skills.
