Key Account Business Development Professional

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, developing strong relationships with existing and prospective customers, and driving sales growth across their assigned territory.

Responsibilities:
  • Drive Sales Growth: Achieve ambitious sales targets by leveraging commercial partnerships and managing time effectively to balance sales activities and administrative tasks.
  • Promote Product Adoption: Enhance awareness, acceptance, and usage of our Patient Monitoring solutions within both public and private hospitals across the assigned territory.
  • Nurture Customer Relationships: Establish and grow long-term partnerships with existing and prospective customers to build a sustainable sales pipeline.
  • Identify Opportunities: Analyse market potential, research future opportunities, and assess the value of customer accounts to maximise sales impact.
  • Provide Market Insights: Regularly update management on sales opportunities and market trends; maintain accurate CRM records and develop clear, professional proposals and quotations.
  • Coordinate Collaborations: Organise product trials with support from Clinical Application Specialists and Service Engineers; coordinate closely with internal departments to ensure seamless customer experiences.

  • Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to build strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders at all levels.
  • Commercial Acumen: Strong understanding of commercial operations, including sales processes, marketing strategies, and business development tactics.
  • Organisational Skills: Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and work effectively in fast-paced environments.
