Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Officer to manage and process financial transactions, prepare purchase orders, and reconcile supplier statements.

The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent organisational and time management skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions
  • Prepare purchase orders
  • Reconcile supplier statements
  • Process payments in a timely and accurate manner
  • Monitor debtor accounts
  • Perform bank reconciliations and assist with end-of-month reporting
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in accounting roles
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and reconciliation
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Strong knowledge of accounting software
