Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Coxswain/Pressure Cleaner to join our nightshift operations on the Southern Moreton Bay Islands. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating marine vessels and performing pressure cleaning tasks to ensure cleanliness and safety of worksites.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate marine vessels safely and efficiently to travel between islands and pressure wash ferry terminals.
  • Perform pressure cleaning of various surfaces, including public areas and facilities.
  • Maintain high standards of presentation and service.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and operational procedures.
  • Conduct pre-operation checks on equipment and report maintenance needs.
  • Collaborate with team members to complete tasks efficiently and effectively.
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to inquiries or concerns.

Requirements:

  • A valid boat license/Coxswain grade 3.
  • Experience navigating the SMBI region.
  • A valid Truck license (preferred).
  • Previous experience in pressure cleaning is preferred.
  • A strong understanding of safety protocols and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Mechanically minded with a focus on equipment maintenance.
