Marketing Development Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Coordinator to support the execution of campaigns and develop strong relationships with our teams.
This role requires exceptional customer service skills, strong communication abilities, and proficiency in computer programs and applications.
Key Responsibilities:- Work closely with marketing executives and general managers to assist with campaign execution.
- Be a subject matter expert for destination and product information.
- Maintain relationships with product development teams to ensure alignment of promotional activity.
- Support marketing executives and general managers to achieve campaign KPIs.
- Coordinate marketing assets, collateral, and other marketing materials.
This role requires a high level of creativity, solid organizational skills, and a willingness to collaborate with staff teams. Digital communication experience and social media expertise are highly desirable.
Requirements:- Qualifications in marketing or related disciplines preferred.
- Working knowledge of the travel industry preferred.
- Strong planning and organisational skills required.
- Proven track record in delivering multifaceted projects and creating effective relationships.
- Word, Excel, and PowerPoint skills mandatory.
