About the Role
  • Develop and execute strategies to drive sales growth in Vascular Surgery markets.
  • Employ solution-based selling techniques with a holistic approach to introduce new vascular technologies.
  • Build partnerships with Specialist Vascular Surgeons and Interventional Radiologists to deliver high-quality training and support.
  • Provide clinical and technical expertise to procedures in operating theatres and Cath Labs.
  • Create territory plans to meet and exceed sales targets, ensuring business profitability.
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve business objectives and maintain exceptional customer service standards.
  • Represent the organisation at industry trade shows and conferences locally, interstate, and internationally.
  • Foster relationships to drive continuous business development.
About You
  • Tertiary qualifications in science, medicine, or a health-related field are preferred.
  • A proven track record of sales success within a technical, surgical, and/or interventional field is required.
  • Strong clinical, technical, organisational, and time management skills are essential.
  • Effective communication and negotiation skills are necessary for this role.
  • A strategic thinker able to dissect a territory for best return on investment is required.
  • Demonstrated ability to understand customer needs and provide expert solutions is critical.
  • Self-motivation with high resilience and a positive attitude are essential.
