Community Music Educator Opportunity

">Job Description">
  • We are seeking a Community Music Educator to provide administrative support for short courses, workshops and music lessons for children, students, musicians, music educators, and the community at large.
">Key Responsibilities:">
  • Coordinating classes, events and lessons, providing administration and production support for our music programs.
  • Promoting our music education initiatives.
  • Addressing inquiries from staff, students, visitors, and the public through phone, email, and in-person interactions relating to courses and events.
">Requirements and Qualifications">
  1. Strong organisational skills, able to manage a range of cultural events with varying requirements and timelines successfully.
  2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with experience in handling a wide range of inquiries and providing excellent customer service.
  3. Advanced computer skills and experience including database management, Microsoft Office and Adobe Suites and CMS website management systems.
  4. A music-related tertiary qualification with subsequent relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of relevant experience in a community, performing arts, or adult education environment.
