Family Dispute Resolution Specialist

This role presents an exceptional opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of individuals and families navigating complex disputes.

As a Family Dispute Resolution Practitioner, you will be responsible for providing empathetic and skilled mediation services to clients, guiding them towards resolution and closure.

About the Role:
  • Deliver high-quality family dispute resolution services, creating a safe and supportive environment for all parties involved
  • Develop and implement community education initiatives, fostering awareness and understanding of family dispute resolution principles
  • Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to increase program visibility and promote positive relationships within the community
Requirements:
  • Tertiary qualification in a relevant field, such as Social Work, Psychology, Law, or Social Sciences
  • Mediation or Conflict Resolution qualifications, with a focus on National Mediation Accreditation and/or Family Dispute Resolution Practitioner Accreditation
  • Proven experience in family dispute resolution and child-focused practices, with a strong commitment to delivering exceptional services
