Job Title: Demolition Supervisor

Our client is a leading civil contractor looking for an experienced and dedicated demolition supervisor to join their growing business in the Bowen Basin Region. This role will involve contributing to the successful delivery of challenging projects across various industry sectors, including commercial buildings, industrial, mining and resources, transport infrastructure, environmental etc.

The ideal candidate will have 5 to 15+ years' experience in a similar role, with proven ability to effectively lead and delegate. They will also possess excellent problem-solving abilities, conflict resolution skills, high level of organisation and time management skills, as well as excellent verbal and written communication skills.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring OH&S procedures are followed, assisting in the programming of works, management of site project teams, preparation of reports, resolving site issues in a timely manner, and liaising with key clients and stakeholders.
