About the Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Executive Retail Store Leader to join our dynamic team at our Altona Gate store on a Permanent Full-Time basis. As part of this role, you'll have the chance to enhance your leadership skills, overseeing a retail team with a unique buzz and energy in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and motivate a high-performing retail team to achieve sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Collaborate with the Store Manager to develop and implement business strategies that drive growth and customer satisfaction
  • Coach and support team members to improve their skills and knowledge, ensuring they're equipped to provide exceptional customer experiences
  • Act as the Store Manager's right-hand person, stepping up to manage the store when needed, and executing business initiatives to meet financial and customer metrics
  • Foster a positive store culture, leading from the front and motivating the team to exceed expectations

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Previous experience in a retail leadership or assistant management role
  • Demonstrated success in driving sales growth and achieving KPIs in a retail environment
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and build rapport with a diverse team
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to resolve customer issues effectively
