Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Retail Operations Executive to join our team as the Area Manager for our NIKE stores in Victoria.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a portfolio of NIKE stores within VIC, driving sales growth and profit, and ensuring operational excellence. They will also be responsible for recruiting and developing strong leaders, conducting daily store visits, and coaching and motivating their team to achieve KPIs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Managing a portfolio of NIKE stores within VIC.
  • Drive sales growth and profit through effective coaching and leadership.
  • Supporting each of your Store Manager's plan to achieve sales budget, ensuring these plans are implemented and executed effectively.
  • Developing the competencies of your management team in all stores.
  • Conducting daily store visits to ensure operational compliance and customer experience.
Requirements:
  • Extensive retail experience at a Regional, State, or Area Manager level.
  • A passion for delivering the Ultimate Customer Experience.
  • Proven ability to drive sales growth and profit.
  • Operational excellence and the ability to formulate and execute strategic plans.
  • Comprehensive coaching skills with a motivational and inspirational management style.
  • Experience in succession planning and developing strong leaders.
